- The TwinPrint® system combines two labeling functions into one. It prints the shipping label on the top side and the packing slip on the label liner—repurposing the liner rather than discarding it. The label is applied packing-slip-side down, concealing contents information while eliminating the need for separate packing materials. This system reduces label liner waste by up to 60%, while also eliminating plastic envelopes and excess paper traditionally used for packing slips.
- Similar to TwinPrint®, the Quick Slip™ system also transforms the liner into a functional part of the shipping process. The top side is pre-printed to identify the packing slip, while the product or order information is printed on the reverse liner side. It offers the same environmental benefits—eliminating waste from both liners and plastic slip envelopes.
- Our 6900 Series Inserters take a different approach to sustainable automation. Instead of using labels or full sheets, these systems print on thin, cost-effective direct thermal tag stock, cut it to size, and insert it into open containers. By eliminating label gap waste, liner waste, and ribbon use, this system offers a cleaner, more efficient way to manage in-container documentation.
