Newest Employees - Meet Ian and Evan

Over the past year, we’ve had the chance to welcome a few new faces to FOX IV, and it’s brought a fresh spark to the place. Their ideas, perspectives, and enthusiasm have blended right in with the experience already on our team. We’re excited to introduce our two newest team members so you can get to know them a bit more.

Meet Ian Pizer, Machinist

Ian joined us in mid-January 2026, after attending Penn College in Williamsport, and was drawn to FOX IV because he liked the idea of working somewhere smaller and hands-on where his ideas would be considered. He’s always loved building things and working with his hands, so machining was a natural fit. One of the things he enjoys most is figuring out different ways to tackle a project or improve a process.

That problem-solving mindset has already come in handy. Early on, he worked on a project involving a four-foot bar that didn’t quite fit the available space, which meant he had to get creative to make it work. Ian says every project brings its own challenge, but one of his favorites is flycutting plastic, mostly because watching those long strings of plastic fly everywhere is just fun!

Outside of work, Ian enjoys reading manga, playing video games, going to concerts, and collecting collectibles. It all fits perfectly with his creative, hands-on personality.

Meet Evan Myers, Service Technician

Evan joined FOX IV in April and has really embraced the variety that comes with being a Service Technician. He came here looking to build his experience with automated equipment, and quickly learned that no two days look alike. Whether he’s heading out on a service call, troubleshooting something tricky, or figuring out a solution on the fly, he enjoys the challenge of getting things back up and running.

Evan has built his skills through hands-on experience and by learning from the people around him. He says one of the best parts of being at FOX IV is working alongside people with years of experience and picking up new knowledge every day.

When he’s not at work, Evan enjoys playing guitar and working on vehicles - two hobbies that fit right in with his love of understanding how things work.

We’re thrilled to have Evan and Ian on our team and grateful for the energy, creativity, and fresh perspectives they bring. They’re already making an impact, and we’re excited to see what they’ll accomplish in the years ahead. We look forward to continuing to grow together as we support our customers.
