Label Smarter: Corner Wrap, Adjacent Panel & Multi-Side Labeling Solutions

Stacked high, stored tight, or turned sideways-your boxes don't always
play nice with visibility. That's where multi-panel labeling comes in.
Whether you're wrapping corners, tagging adjacent sides, or going fullon
four-panel, FOX IV has the tools to make your labels impossible to
miss.

Choose Your Method

Corner Wrap Labeling: Visibility That Bends With You
Corner-wrap labeling is a clever way to get your info seen from multiple angles.
Pivot Method: A long applicator pad pivots in front of your moving box or pallet, wrapping the label cleanly around the corner-ideal for front+ side or front + top visibility.
Secondary Wipe Method: A tamp pad applies half the label, while a wipe station rolls the rest around the corner-perfect for side+ rear or front+top coverage.
Split Tamp Method: A specialized tamp pad applies half the label, then splits and continues to wipe the balance of the label around the corner. This method is used for stationary product/pallet labeling.

Adjacent Panel Labeling: Smart, Space-Saving, and Cost-Conscious
Corner-wrap labels are long-and that can mean higher costs and wasted space. FOX IV's Repeater labeler solves that by applying the same (or different!) label to adjacent panels without the wrap. Front + side, front + top, side + rear-you choose. It's efficient, flexible, and designed to fit your workflow.

Four-Sided Labeling: All Around Accuracy
For complete label visibility, four-side labeling is a smart and effective option. You can achieve this by combining corner-wrap methods or using a traditional setup with a turntable. In the turntable approach, a tamp-style applicator and linear cylinder apply labels as the box or pallet rotates-one side at a time. This ensures accurate placement and easy scanning from any angle, making it ideal for busy operations with varied product orientation. It's a simple way to boost label coverage without adding complexity to your line.

Robotic Labeling: When You're Ready to Go Extra
Already using a robot for palletizing or production? Let it multitask. With a label applicator head, your robot can place labels on one, two, or all sides of your box or pallet. Or add a dedicated robotic arm for high-speed, highprecision labeling that adapts to your line.

Which Method Is Right for You?

It all depends on your product flow, budget, and existing equipment. But one thing's clear: multi-panel labeling simplifies scanning, speeds up identification, and boosts operational efficiency.
