A manufacturer of automated labeling equipment has an immediate need for a service technician. This person will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining automated labeling equipment and systems. Also responsible for order entry of parts, service, and repair jobs into FOX IV's manufacturing system.
FOX IV’s service technicians are supported by a technical team consisting of mechanical engineers, software programmers, and hardware specialists to repair and assemble equipment at the FOX IV facility in Export as well as customer locations throughout the United States.
As a service technician, you will be exposed to and trained on a wide range of automation technologies, including remote technical troubleshooting, RFID, bar code technologies, custom software, label technology, material handling systems, automated labeling systems, 3D printing, and PLCs.
We are a systems integrator as well as a manufacturer of automated labeling equipment and a flexographic label converter. We design and develop e-commerce automated order fulfillment solutions. We sell globally through a network of distributors and integrators.
The candidate needs experience working in manufacturing environments.
