5911 Compact Label Print and Apply
The FOX IV 5911 Label Print and Apply is ideal for small to medium volume automated labeling applications as well as space limited applications, but don't mistake its compact footprint for limited functionality. The 5911 incorporates the latest Zebra printer technology as well as an Allen-Bradley PLC into FOX IV's rugged, reliable applicator design. It is capable of the same functions as our full-size units, just in a smaller, space efficient design.
The Allen-Bradley PLC makes the 5911 easy to integrate into new or existing production and fulfillment lines. User-friendly features such as the full-color HMI's, simple to follow media paths, and tool-less printhead and print roll changing, make it easy to operate and maintain.
With the ability to print and apply labels as small as 1" wide x 1.5" long and up to a 4" wide x 8" long, and a selection of application and print resolution options, the 5911 Mini can be configured to meet your specific labeling needs.
Ideal applications include pallet labeling, small label print-and-apply applications direct to product, semi-automatic labeling, and most general labeling applications with low to medium throughput.
