FOX IV Technologies, Inc., manufactures pallet labeling systems utilizing a full line of label printer applicators in order to meet the diverse needs of real-world shipping applications.
FOX IV engineers several varieties of multiple-side Print and Apply systems to automate just about any pallet labeling process. Whether a customer needs to label two, three or all four sides of a pallet or even wrap a label around the corner or hang a tag from the top of a pallet - at any point along the palletizing line - FOX IV has answered the call to automation.
Typically, a variable-stroke cylinder will locate the pallet and securely apply a barcode label using a tamp, dual-tamp, wipe-on, tamp-blow or touch-blow application. Accessories such as photoeyes, scales, rotation tables and scanning/verifying equipment can be incorporated into turnkey solutions.
FOX IV's label printer applicators are scalable based on a customer's needs and designed to work 24/7 in even the most demanding industrial environments.
Choose from major printer manufacturers like Zebra, Datamax, Intermec, Sato and Printronix. Many FOX IV systems have "Intelligence Built In" and do not require a PC in order to store barcode label formats or communicate with other devices.
